About this project

This project was created for a contest where we were given a pre-animated sphere as a starting point, and from there we had full creative freedom to build any scene we wanted. Together with a friend, we decided to collaborate and bring this space-themed environment to life.

I was in charge of modeling the spaceship, drawing inspiration from classic imperial-style ships and focusing on the details to make it blend naturally into the dark, mysterious atmosphere of the planet. My friend was responsible for creating the environment, as well as the lighting and texturing, which helped achieve this alien ambiance with red and purple tones that highlight the presence of the ship.

The result is a balanced composition that brings together sci-fi, teamwork, and the creative freedom the contest allowed us.
